Available for short-term rental from October 15, 2025 – June 15, 2025, fully furnished and equipped two-story house located in the historic Town of Torbay.  It is approximately 15 -18 minutes from the capital city, St. John’s, and, from the Health Sciences Complex, Downtown St. John’s, Signal Hill, and Memorial University.  The property is located off the main road and is on a very quiet, residential street (although visitors/locals often visit the beach area next to the house).  There is a gorgeous panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean which overlooks the hillsides of Torbay.  This unique house and property are just feet away from the ocean, as well as Torbay Beach, and access to the East Coast Trail is just outside the doorstep.

            There are 3 bedrooms, all with ocean views.  There is one full bathroom upstairs (bathtub/shower) with another half bathroom on the main level.  Amenities include the following: new Queen-sized beds in each of the bedrooms with linens; towels, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, TVs in the living room as well as all bedrooms (basic cable in the living room so streaming devices needed for bedrooms); dishwasher, microwave, Air fryer, coffee maker; full-sized washer and dryer on the second floor.

            Absolutely no smokers (in or on the property) and no pets.  I’m only interested in renting to individuals who are quiet, tidy, responsible, and respectful of the house and its contents, as well as the neighborhood in which the house is situated.

$3,000/month POU plus snow clearing. Refundable damage/security deposit $2,250
