There are two bedrooms and a Den.  There are two full bathrooms, including the ensuite.  There is a half bathroom (toilet and sink) in the downstairs area.  Amenities include the following: Queen sized beds in each of the bedrooms with linens; towels, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, 40 inches LED flat-screen TV in the master bedroom; 46-inch flat-screen  TV in the living room, stackable full-size washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Coffee Maker, Vacuum Cleaner and Shop-Vac. There are two mini-split heat pumps that also act as air conditioners and there is a large woodstove (tenants will be responsible for supplying wood).  There is plenty of parking for two cars/trucks.  The landlord will do the lawn care, however, snow clearing will be the responsibility of the tenant(s). I have a contractor available with very reasonable rates.  I’m looking for individuals who are quiet, tidy, responsible, and respectful of the house and its contents, as well as the neighborhood in which the house is situated.
